Automated Bank Draft Bill Payment
The worry-free way to pay your energy bills
With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account. The amount deducted from your account each month will appear on your monthly statement. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. In order to set up Automated Bank Draft please download the necessary forms, fill them out, and return them to Network Energy Services along with a voided check or online bill pay.

If you prefer, you may also fax the forms to 516-292-0168. You may also set up recurring bank draft payments by visiting your bank and making arrangements through them. Payments are posted to the Network Energy Services customer's account the same day.
Online Bill Payment
When you are running short on time
PLEASE NOTE: If you elect to pay your Network Energy Services bill over the Internet by credit card, debit card, or check, the payment service provider, BillMatrix, charges an additional $2.95 convenience charge. Payments are posted the same day to the Network Energy Services customer's account.
Bill Payment by Phone
Pay your bill over the phone using credit card, debit card or check. To pay by phone, please call (718) 791-6755.

Online Bill Payment
If you choose to pay your Network Energy Services bill online, please consult with your bank regarding any potential fees they may charge you for their online bill payment service. Payments are posted the same day to the Network Energy Services customer's account.
